Fenner-Stone pump setup

Fenner-Stone single pump/four dump suspension setup. This is a complete setup ready to install and use.

Pump/raise - front or back

Dump/lower - four corners, controlled as per your switch wiring

Non-transfer arrangement - no oil transfer between cylinders

• Fenner-Stone US-made pump unit in as-is industrial finish, good condition. some dents in tank and various scratches etc.

• Pump head in great condition, no signs of abuse

• Motor - Prestolite MDY7039 "belly band" overhauled - new bearing, bushing, brushes. commutator turned, stator windings recently replaced. Rotor, case and brush rig urethane insulated, rotor windings fibreglass/epoxy wound.

• Block (cast iron) modified - standard check and return valves removed, internal gallery plugged for use of #8 side ports.

• New Accumax motor solenoids x2, new motor cable

• Parker 1/2" check valves

• Dumps - Italian Oil Systems, new seals. Cylinder ports 3/8 BSPP.

• Front/rear diverter valve - 1/2" Vickers cartridge valve, 24V US made

• 3/8" Stainless hard line return, Swagelok and AN flare fittings. Aeroflow AN parts, stainless Banjos with copper rings.

• Parker 3/8" metering valve slowdowns, one for each front and rear

• All Steel/zinc fittings darkened

• Assembled with Loctite sealant

• Setup attached to steel mount that includes wiring enclosure under the motor, enclosure doubles as valving mount. Wiring all run to connection block inside enclosure lid - connect your switch cable here

• 2x M10 female underneath mount for frame attachment

• Optional mil-spec Amphenol switch cable connector available

Setup bench and load tested on 24V with factory relief valve set at 1400PSI. See videos below
